If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel this contract without giving reasons within a fourteen-day cancellation period that begins on the day on which you or a third party take(s) receipt of the goods. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Find out more here

Currently this service is not available. Our customers are welcome, however, to use a courier of their preference to return unwanted items. We strongly advise the use of tracked services so these returns can be monitored.

If your city guide has been damaged during its journey to your address, please email our sales team ( sales@travelcolours.de ) with a photo of the damaged book attached. One of our team will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent to you.

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped out we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. If you haven't received a tracking link within 48 hrs after you submitted your order, please check your spam folder.

EUROPE & WORLWIDE - 6,00 € (3-10 business days)

Shipping costs will be assessed during checkout based on the full value of goods purchased. The shipping cost doesn’t account for any import taxes/customs fees. These fees are not under our control and apply according to the regulations of your selected country of delivery. Please refer to your local customs authorities for more information.

Delivery of online orders largely depends on the location of the intended delivery. Online orders are dispatched from Germany every weekday via DHL.

Germany: 1-3 business days from shipped date
EU: 3-6 business days from shipped date
Rest of the world: 3-10 business days from shipped date

When ordering goods for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. Any such additional charges must be borne by you; Travel Colours has no control over these. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for relevant information regarding these.
